The Immersive Table returns with a powerful new chapter: Untamed. You’ll dine fully immersed in an unfolding natural landscape – an experience possible only at ILA – where sculpted light and elemental flavour intertwine to create a deeply unforgettable sensory journey.
Across five thoughtfully composed courses, Aurora Restaurant’s Executive Chef Robin Wagner will draw inspiration from Australia’s natural beauty. Showcasing local produce at its best, his menu will honour season and place, celebrating the land of South Australia through dishes shaped by natures rhythm.
Seated at long communal tables within the Aurora Lab, diners will be enveloped by an evolving wilderness displayed across 50 square metres of LED screens. Light, texture and movement will transform the space course by course, building a sense of awe as the environment unfolds.

HOW TO GET HERE
Aurora is located in the heart of Adelaide’s West End at 63 Light Square within Immersive Light and Art.
A combination of ticketed and limited free street parking is available directly outside the venue on Light Square, with additional options nearby on Waymouth Street and Elizabeth Street, both just a short walk away. For added convenience, K Park Car Parks on Currie Street is also located close to the venue.
Aurora is easily accessible via public transport, with a range of bus, tram and train options nearby. We are a short walk from the King William Road and North Terrace tram lines, with multiple bus routes operating along Currie Street, and Adelaide Railway Station also within easy walking distance.

The Aurora Lab is located on the ground floor of Immersive Light and Art (ILA). Level access is available, including step-free entry to the dining space and accessible restroom facilities, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.
