This winter, you’re invited to the ultimate Christmas in July celebration at The Immersive Table: Winter Noël. A luminous five-course feast inspired by the magic of a frosty Northern Hemisphere Noël, where indulgence, warmth, and celebration take centre stage.
Created and impeccably executed by Aurora Restaurant’s Executive Chef Robin Wagner, this event menu will capture the richness of the season through refined, comforting dishes. Ingredients are sourced locally with intention, honouring both winter South Australian produce and the joy of festive gathering.
As Adelaide’s winter night unfolds, the Aurora Labs 50 square metres of LED screens will come alive with light, sound, and movement. Each course is seamlessly woven into the immersive narrative, mirroring falling snow, twinkling candles, and the golden glow of shared moments around the table.

HOW TO GET HERE
Aurora is located in the heart of Adelaide’s West End at 63 Light Square within Immersive Light and Art.
A combination of ticketed and limited free street parking is available directly outside the venue on Light Square, with additional options nearby on Waymouth Street and Elizabeth Street, both just a short walk away. For added convenience, K Park Car Parks on Currie Street is also located close to the venue.
Aurora is easily accessible via public transport, with a range of bus, tram and train options nearby. We are a short walk from the King William Road and North Terrace tram lines, with multiple bus routes operating along Currie Street, and Adelaide Railway Station also within easy walking distance.
