Adelaide Film Festival presents at ILA the debut of the Hanlon Larsen Screen Fellowship: Strega directed by Tiah Trimboli

A three-channel dance film exploring the vulnerability and complex femininity of the Three Witches in Shakespeare’s Macbeth. 

Extended due to popular demand experience Strega on the unique 150sqm curved screen at The Light Room Studio.

Strega was directed by Hanlon Larsen Screen Fellowship recipient Tiah Trimboli.

Free to view with no bookings required, Strega will be screening on loop for three final days.

Thursday the 31st of October, 12pm – 9pm

Friday the 1st of November, 12pm – 9pm

Saturday the 2nd of November 2pm – 9pm.

 


 

Launched in 2020, the annual Hanlon Larsen Screen Fellowship provides an award of $45,000 cash and in-kind to support an experimental film project. The 2024 Fellowship is delivered in partnership with Adelaide Film Festival, Flinders University, The Mercury and ILA. Established by Peter Hanlon in honour of his friend, collaborator and industry luminary, the late Cole Larsen.
