Brought to life by ILA’s award-winning Aurora Restaurant team, The Immersive Table presents Submerged. Dive into a world of mystery beneath the waves. Step into the depths and enter a mesmerising seascape where bioluminescent wonders glow, currents carry whispered secrets, and a feast for the senses awaits.

As you settle in at a communal table, journey through a five-course degustation menu curated by Aurora’s Executive Chef Robin Wagner. Redefining dining through an exploration of the senses and surroundings, each dish invites you to discover the interplay between texture, taste, and the immersive visuals around you.

For those looking to elevate the experience further, a matched wines option is available or alternatively, choose your favourites from Aurora’s renowned wine list.

As per the theme, your menu choices are either Seafood or Vegan. Due to the nature of this event, dietary requests cannot be catered for however we can accomodate to a coeliac diet with prior notice.
