Exploring the syntheses of dance music through human form – Zeitgeist Freedom Energy Exchange (Z*F*E*X) have quickly earned a reputation nationally and beyond for their unique fusion of Jazz, House, and broken beats.
Featuring members of Nu-soul powerhouse 30/70 – Z*F*E*X are set on embodying the hypnotic club rhythms of the dancefloor through a live band experience. The transformative ethos of open-air free parties, psychedelic raves, and the best of underground culture combine to create a truly unique musical experience.
The Lab at ILA are excited to present an unparalleled musical voice in one of Australia’s most unique venues, with the incredible Miles Dunne supporting on visuals across the night.
Joining the line up in support will be the RnB, Neo-soul, and hip hop powerhouse Erin Buku + full backing band.
Having impressed audiences at Womad 2024 and with a sell out single launch the same year, The Lab at ILA are excited to bring Erin Buku’s full show to the venue for the first time!
