Taking place in The Lab, 50sqm of LED screens and foregrounding effects will give you the feeling of being transported to new spaces and places where a dining experience like no other begins.
Journey through a five-course degustation menu curated by ILA’s Executive Chef Robin Wagner with each dish invites you to explore the interplay between texture, taste, and the immersive visuals around you.
