Aurora Restaurant at ILA
Led by Head Chef Sam Cooper, Aurora at ILA is an award-winning restaurant in the heart of Adelaide. Recently recognised as one of Adelaide’s best restaurants, the team at Aurora aim to take you on a journey. Ever-changing and evolving, our menu is a fusion of diverse cuisines, crafted by our talented team whose expertise is shaped by their rich heritage and diverse experiences. As part Adelaide’s centre of immersive light and art, a not-for-profit social enterprise, all profits generated through your dining are invested back to support ILA’s mission to create opportunities for artists.
The Lab at ILA
Home to 50sqm of LED screens, The Lab at ILA is a community canvas that champions and empowers creativity, strengthening the cultural fabric of artistic communities. The Lab is the spiritual home of ILA, Adelaide’s centre of immersive light and art, aptly named as it is a laboratory for creatives to experiment with. A multi-functional, multi-genre immersive performance and events space with a curated program ensuring a full range of artists are able to experiment with ILA’s ever-evolving technology and lead live performance in entirely new directions.

ILA’s three part Bar, Gallery and Studio, The Light Room mixes up a unique concoction, creating an unparalleled blend between art and hospitality experiences that brings people together to tell, share and experience stories at ILA, Adelaide’s centre of immersive light and art.
