We have enjoyed the wonderful delights and amazing experiences on offer at ILA on five occasions now. Each experience has been exhilarating to say the least. Last Wednesday we were lucky enough to spend some time in The Lab, an amazing place indeed where video screens around the room saw us immersed in a virtual world of the beautiful vines of The Lane Winery in the Adelaide Hills. With this experience we travelled through the change of seasons with the best of food and wine one could imagine. This amazing experience left us the feeling wonderful. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, great people, the best wine, music and joy all in one place.
