Ever-changing and evolving, Aurora’s menu is a fusion of diverse cuisines, crafted by their talented team whose expertise is shaped by their rich heritage and diverse experiences.
Since its inception in 2021, Aurora have gained a wealth of knowledge from collaborating with artists directly and are constantly researching and developing new ways to interweave gastronomic and artistic experiences, exploring the intersection of food and technology through the use of ILA’s immersive LED screens.
Creating opportunities is at the centre of Aurora’s mission. Profits generated through dining at Aurora are invested back into the ILA Foundation to support individual exploration with immersive light and art.
