Aurora is an award-winning restaurant located on the ground floor of ILA, Adelaide’s iconic immersive arts venue. Embracing a socially sustainable model, Aurora fosters culinary excellence and hospitality talent shaped by diverse backgrounds and rich heritage.

Robin Wagner brings a globally inspired approach, honed through experience at Michelin-starred German restaurants (Vendôme and Villa Merton) and acclaimed Australian establishments Lake House and Magill Estate.

Since opening in 2021, Aurora has continued to evolve through close collaboration with artists, exploring innovative ways to blend cuisine, visual storytelling, and ILA’s cutting-edge LED technology. This fusion culminates in the ‘Immersive Table‘, a truly multi-sensory dining experience.

Hospitality Manager James McLennan, formerly a sommelier at Sydney’s renowned Rockpool, oversees food, beverage, front-of-house, and event operations across ILA.
