The Lab Garden

Leading the way to ILA’s spiritual home, The Lab, and hosted by Mad Monkey, The Lab Garden is an outdoor bar and dining area nestled amongst our 150 year old heritage facade. Featuring a rotating line-up of live music and DJs, The Lab Garden is more than just another Adelaide beer garden; its a cultural hub where art, technology and community converge. 

A shipping container turned art mural and bar is stocked to the brim with Mad Monkey Distillery’s award winning spirits, infusing The Lab Garden with its exceptional rum crafted in South Australia. Bringing a Caribbean-inspired spirit to the West End’s Creative Quarter, sip on a cocktail or two under the stars from Wednesday to Saturday.
